These works very good for my 11 year old autistic grandson. We were using some off brand pull-ups. They ran small and leaked. Now these Prevails runs bigger and they are the same weight size of the other off band pull-ups we use to get him. He is 80lbs and about 5'1 feet. For added protection I will put a pad in one that he will use for overnight. These are very good and will buy more.
