When out cycling I am not a big fan of food breaks where you stop long enough for your heart rate to drop. Fueling on the go is preferred, like at a short route stop or traffic light. These gummies have a delicious flavor. The 50mg of caffeine adds to performance. I enjoy topping off with these CLIF BLOKS. I use them for fuel when about 90-120 minutes out.

These are so big! I was told at a running store to pre-cut them. I cut each into 4 pieces and then dipped them into regular sugar so they wouldn’t be so sticky. I divided them up into 3 servings per pack rather than 2. Worked well for me. I use them on longer runs as a little reward to keep going! Think of a donkey with a carrot in front of its nose - that’s me!
