Excellent Boat Ladder

I purchased this ladder to help myself and my 90 year old fishing partner to get into my fishing boat while it is still on the trailer, because my friend can not get into the boat while it is in the water. I weigh 280 lbs and I tested the stability of this ladder today after it arrived. It is excellent for what I need. The safety grab bar at the top provides all the stability needed. I was very surprised that out of the box to the open position was about 5 seconds. Very simple to understand how to stand it up. When done, I folded it up to approximately 3 inches think. If you need something simple and well built for a decent price, this will do fine. I will measure the top step distance to the ground tomorrow and answer my own question that I posted on here last week.
