I've used my Anchor Hocking pie pan for years and have always had great results. The 9" size works perfectly with all my pie recipes. I looked everywhere for plain pie plates and found exactly what I was looking for at Walmart. I bake pies but pie plates are great for baking rolls and biscuits. I use them to nuke foods as well. Love them. Hope my grandkids won't break them like my old ones but I know where to find them.
