YES! YES!

UNDER $2.00 A SINGLE SERVE MEAL!! with the heat being as brutal as it's been it's been rough to eat so instead of wasting my time wasting my energy on preparing a huge meal that I may or may not feel like eating and it possibly spoiling pop this in the microwave and get some calories in my body and call it a day! the sodium is high. calories are below 450 for EACH MEAL add a bit of seasonings on top it makes a decent substitute meal for the blazing Summers

Soy Protein

This meal tasted pretty good. The sauce was rich and creamy and had a good flavor. The only thing I noticed was how little amount of chicken it had. I counted 4 very small pieces of chicken/bits. Made me wonder where all the protein content came from? Maybe added protein powder in the sauce? Because there is no way this meal contains 11g of protein in that amount of chicken and sauce. After going back to read the ingredients, it does in fact contain added soy protein, which makes more sense. I would buy again though. It tastes good and is affordable.
