Great customer service

Since I've only used my new dryer once this review is mainly about customer service. I had a question about the dryer that couldn't be answered in the description and Sparky tried and tried but got nowhere. So I sent a note with my question to NICEBAY through the Walmart app. They answered within 12hrs. Not only did they answer but they gave a detailed explanation that didn't seem to be "copy and paste". Oh! The dryer did everything as described--left my hair shiny and static-free. With the defuser attached it really encouraged my fine hair to have extra curl. I really didn't notice less drying time but I've only used it one time so far so I still need practice

I purchased this dryer because my hair is getting longer and my old dryer is a little heavy. This dryer is light weight and I don't tire out while drying my hair. It does not have the power of my old dryer, but still dries my hair in about the same amount of time. There are 2 speed settings and a cool shot button, so very easy to use. I like that the diffusers are magnetic, makes it easy for this old lady to change them out . The cord swivels so it doesn't get tangled. Overall, a good dryer for the money.
