Most complete alternative to collagen powder

These are the best capsule form collagen I have found when it's not convenient to take the powdered form. Includes MSM and C for your body to better metabolize them. Only 2 pills for a serving. And sourced from chicken sternum which is a great source according to the research if you can't get it from multi sources like eggshells, beef, fish, etc. Reasonable price.

love

I use a lot of different college and supplements on this site.And I loved this one.It doesn't come up for me to review a lot.And so I have others that are great as well.I don't see any of them standing out more than the other.But this is really good and I don't have any problems with that.
