Reduce heat to low; simmer, uncovered, 30 seconds or until thickened, stirring constantly. 4. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 1 minute. Stir well before serving

Use with a bit of organic sugar, maple syrup or your favorite topping. I stir mine in before the water boils then cook it slowly to make it extra creamy. Is almost like ice cream cold.

Great hot cereal, smooth and delicious.
This is great, being celiac there are a limited number of hot breakfast options. This one is great. To enhance a little honey vanilla yogurt or just plain honey. I get it for myself but others eat it also. It's great for when your stomach is feeling queasy.
