I received the paraguard in a well packed box. The regiment is easy enough - take 30 drops on an empty stomach three times a day. You can take it four times if you think you need it. I shook the bottle, poured about two ounces of water in a shot glass, dropped 30 drops from the dropper and drank it. It smells and tastes woodsy, which is easy to drink.
