Instructions
Slide your Custom Fit® ¾ length insert into your shoe, fabric side up. Put the insert marked Left and Right in the appropriate shoe. Place the heel cushion of the insert against the back of each shoe. We recommend replacing your Custom Fit® Orthotics every 6-12 months or at the first signs of wear. If your feet are a little snug in the first couple days of wearing your new inserts, this is normal. Please allow up to 1 week for your feet to adapt to the use of the new inserts in your shoes.

I placed them into 3 pairs of my shoes and immediately the shoes became more comfortable and felt like they were supporting my whole foot with room to spread my toes, wiggle them around and comfortably walk a mile. Prior to the new orthotics, wearing the same shoes I had callouses repeatedly forming on my big toes, aching in my bunion areas and arches if I walked very far or wore them for too many hours. Now all my shoes are more foot friendly.

Best shoe insert I have ever had, gets rid of all my foot pain after a long day of being on my feet. Great comfort, I have been using these inserts for over 5 years now. Helps with knee and foot pain. I will never try another insert type.
