My only question is that you have this great coffee machine. One apparently that everyone likes and you get rid of it? The DCM2500 is a fantastic machine. Easy to use. Carafe is great doesn't leak everywhere when you pour, and now it is gone. Do not understand! At all!

OK but why not white?

I have a programmable white DX1050 Black and Decker coffee maker - works great for a number of years, but the carafe developed a crack. Can I find a replacement carafe in white? NO. How come, guys? Why do you only make a replacement carafe in black? The black carafe fits OK, but looks goofy in a white coffee maker. Also, the lid is not removeable (as in the original carafe), so it is more difficult to wash the carafe. How about making a replacement carafe in white?

Dripless??

I like the design of this carafe....however..."dripless"?? Every time we pour a cup of coffee it drips all over the counter! There is some sort of design flaw in this coffee pot.
