Missing parts

Not sure where the product refurbishing went wrong, but I ordered two calipers one for each side. The passenger side caliper that I received didn’t have the insert that held the brake pads. Doing a return was pretty simple but, need to double check products before they ship them out. Double checked the photo because I thought I miss read and photo definitely shows the entire caliper. Pretty inconveniencing when trying to fix vehicle and don’t have the entire thing. Granted I should’ve checked better before starting, but I shouldn’t have had to.
