I can't answer YES or NO on that Question - but I have no choice. This note should be added - "Is it fit for MY purpose?" YES it FITS my purpose - it izzzz really STURDY ENOUGH for my needs: 1. Cheap, 2. Easy to assemble, 3. No need to expand, 4. No need to sit on top shelf, 5. I don't use Ski Boots nor any other heavy duty footwear, 6.
