This 4-inch full-size steam table pan is ideal for buffet lines and back-of-house serving areas. The pan's anti-jamming design saves time and effort. Stacking lugs prevent the pans from sticking together in storage so they can be easily separated before use. An air space between the pans allows for quick drying. Constructed from durable 24-gauge 201 stainless steel, this pan is built to withstand years of commercial use.
