Pantry Essential
I have recipes that call for buttermilk, but if I purchased it fresh then most of the carton would go to waste. Keeping a package of Bob's powdered buttermilk on hand is a great way to make sure I always have this ingredient when it's needed. So easy to add to my bread recipes, etc. I consider it essential for my pantry.

Essential ingredient for all bakers and cooks!
I use it in all my recipes that require dairy, and everything comes out lighter. Just mix exactly what you need. No waste here, like with the Fresno buttermilk. It is also fabulous for marinating chicken or turkey! So juicy and tender! The best thing ever!!!

Buttermilk when needed!
No need to make a special trip to the store for buttermilk: keep a package of this in the freezer & it's always at hand for baking. We use it when making Bob's steel cut oats, & it adds just the right piquant touch – a perk up for breakfast. Thanks, Bob's Red Mill for products like this!
