I have health issues which cause me to need to drink a lot of fluids. Although plain water is the best thing for me, I get tired of drinking just water. Being able to occasionally add some Mio to flavor the water I breaks up the monotony. I have so far tried the strawberry-watermelon and also the fruit punch flavor and I am anxious to try the others as well. I find Mio convenient to take with me on the go and the secure snaping closure of the lid keeps it from leaking in my purse. That being said, for someone on a tight budget it Mio is a little pricey. Also, due to the shape of the bottle and its firmness around the outside edges, it's very difficult to squeeze all of the ladt bit of Mio out of the bottle. So there is always some Mio still remaining in the bottom that I can't squeeze out, which unfortunately goes to waste.

I've always struggled with drinking enough water... especially with ADHD, it's so easy to forget to stay hydrated throughout the day. Out of all the flavors we've tried, the lemonade one is by far my youngest daughter's and my personal favorite... it's tangy, and perfectly refreshing without being too sweet. It's amazing how something so small can make such a big difference. Water has gone from being “just something I have to drink” to something my kids and I actually look forward to throughout the day. If you're someone who struggles to drink enough water... or you just want to make hydration more fun... these little flavor enhancers are a total game-changer. They're convenient, flavorful, and make water something you actually want to drink. I honestly don't know how I lived without them!
