Poor quality and you may receive a used item...

Received an obviously returned item. It was missing batteries, looked worn, and missing paperwork. After looking up the manual online and sourcing batteries, we found that it did not work properly, and temperature readings were consistently 10-20° off. I can see why it had been returned. Shame on the seller for sending out a used healthcare item, and on top of that, charging the same price as a new item.
