Flavor %26 texture are top of the line with a very nice melt! Great on a tuna melt, chicken sandwich melt or melted atop a turkey burger. Shaved chips are best for toppings as they don't fall off %26 melt into your dish, sandwich or casserole! Possibilities are endless! Just a little goes a long way!

I have no idea why people use Parmesan, it has no flavor to it. Asiago is the way to go! This cheese is excellent. The flavor is very intense so you only need a little bit of it. Perfect for those that want flavor and are watching their caloric intake as well.

you just have to try asiago garlic pine nut homemade bread. I am in the sourdough cult and I make this bread..... it's INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS! and the cheese is perfect, hold together for the most part when baking, makes a fantastic flavor in bed, wonderful compliment with the garlic! just cut into ½" cubes and toss in bread! yummy!
