You can't miss with this sausage! Every one has their favorite way to enjoy it. I like to eat it with sharp cheddar on a crisp tortilla chip. The kids like it with crackers and grapes. My mate likes a slice of it at night when no body can see how much he eats! We all like it warmed up for breakfast with eggs and potatoes.

A decently good beef summer sausage. Grandkids like it fried with eggs. I like it warmed for sandwiches. Wish Sam's and Walmart still carried the Yard-o-Beef summer sausage but this is the fallback now. Too bad prices are so high for everything these days. :-(
