I've been using FiberMend for a few months now. It was recommended to me to help with gut health and to help with insulin resistance. I take it about 25 minutes before eating to help with satiety and blood glucose spikes. Our food is often over processed and overly sweetened (corn syrup, etc.) - so most people need to boost their fiber intake for good health.
