I bought this food scale and it's very easy to use and measures in grams and ounces and now I know exactly how much my food weighs instead of estimating. I started losing weight again after measuring. It also opens your eyes to how many calories are in how much food because you're being exact with your food measurements. My mom also uses it to measure her mail and it works great for that as well. I loved the price and it works just as well as the more expensive ones.
