I fell and broke my hip. I was in 2 different hospitals, 3 surgeries and a nursing home. During my stay at the second hospital after the last two surgeries I was told to drink at least 3 of these a day. I was really weak. I had lost 26#.. I LOVE this drink, I could live on it.
