The Best Lunch for a Busy Mom!

These beef and bean burritos are my absolute favorite. Delicious, easy to make, and packed with 9 grams of protein. They are great for me as a busy mom because I can make them quickly in the microwave and take them on the go. Just 1 minute and 30 seconds and I have a filling lunch I can run out the door with. I actually had them 2 days in a row on the way to preschool pick up. They even have a little kick! Perfect for a quick and tasty lunch.

I got these for my husband as he loves authentic Mexican food. He's from Arizona and is used to authentic Mexican food. He's very picky about trying frozen food and he wasn't very optimistic, but tried them anyway. He loves them! Great flavor, and he said their quality is as good as what we'd get at the restaurant in town. It is now one of our regular weekly items we buy. We add sour cream and taco bell taco sauce on top. They're great as an afternoon snack or for dinner. I love their chimichangas . I excellenthighly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.

I love these things. They could stand to drop the price point, but as long as they don't increase in price, I'll continue stocking these. 3 minutes in the microwave, poke with fork and flip, another 3 minutes, and they're perfect. I do add a bit of diced jalapeño, cheese, chicken, or any combination of those things after the first 3 minute mark. You get 9g of protein per burrito. Not a bad product at all.
