Decent sound from such a small package

This little sub does a decent job of filling in bass if you don't have much room for a proper sub. This specific sub is the dual voice coil model, which adds some versatility in wiring, but can make it more complicated to wire for a novice. If you just want to add a little bit of bass and don't want to use much space for subs, this will work great. If you want strong, deep bass, I would recommend the 8 inch bazooka over this one since the overall size isn't that much greater. This sub's output won't compare to a pair of high quality 10 inch subs in a ported box, but it also takes up about 10% of the space. With a little tweaking, you can get enough bass to feel like your music is all there. If you are looking for high SPL, you will need to go with bigger subs. If you are looking for better sound quality on a budget in tight space, this is a great sub. Feed it about 150-200 watts RMS, and you could probably trick someone into thinking you had a 10 or 12 inch sub.
