These have worked as intended. I use them with the Ball brand Half Gallon Wide Mouth Mason Jars. My kids like different drinks but i like to dilute it a bit. So far they haven't spilled once (10 and almost 9). Seal is solid when tightening but the flap part is pretty weak. If you're mixing like lemonade or Gatorade powder you have to hold it down; or you can use a normal lid and shake first. I've bought 3 sets over a couple months and so far even my first set is holding up.
