Much better packaging

My initial order came and the items were all bent from the packaging. I sent an email showing the issues and received an immediate repose and my order was re-processed and this time with no issues/damage. I love the quality of the product and right now it is a perfect saying for my girls since they will be spending more time at home this school year that I hung the item in their area to always remind them....
