Arrived quickly. This was a replacement from one I got last July upon the recommendation of an orthopedic specialist who thought it might help with peripheral neuropathy. Not sure if has made a significant difference in the pain I experience but am willing to try just about anything. One downside is not many of my shoes will work since it takes up space in the toe box.
