Oh man, these things are so delicious, even buying 5 and 6-packs we can't keep them in the house! 99 guests out of 100 say they are the best chorizo they have ever tasted. They are a bit rustic and very full-flavored. There are some coarse bits in them, but it's a small price to pay. Please leave some in stock for me.
