So quick and easy to prepare. I purchased them to try out before I make a recipe for shrimp and grits. Most recipes suggest use if the long cook method, so I decided to try them out first. Delicious...I used some heavy cream and cheese to add the richness that the dish needs. Already ordered more.

I am an grits lover from way back and when I saw this from Quaker I had to give it a try. It delivered the old feeling of “ahh, this is the real deal stuff”. The taste is as close to authentic as I have had in like forever. It holds the consistency well for the mounds of butter I add to it. Add the convenience of being able to get just the right amount for myself is a plus.
