Instructions
Adults and children 6 years of age and older: Use once a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste. Remove cap. Pour 10 milliliters (10 mL mark on inside of cap); do not fill above 10 mL mark. Vigorously swish 10 milliliters of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out. Do not swallow the rinse. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing. My dentist recommended this and I'm glad I tried it. It's been a couple of years now and i highly recommend it. It has a smoother feel in your mouth that takes a short time getting used to. The taste is different also, but after a few times, I think most will find it is much better than that burning and jolting taste of other mouthwashes. It leaves your mouth tasting fresh and clean. I'm confident my breath is fresh and clean too. I especially like the way you can just squeeze the bottle and get just the right amount. I highly recommend Act fluoride mouthwash if you want to protect your teeth.
