These little pies used to be cheaper. I like buying them for my husband so he can have a variety of desserts to choose from. By buying this size, he doesn't eat more than he should at night or during the afternoon. It's just the perfect size for him with ice cream . If company shows up, When the kids show up, I have a variety for them too. They freeze and thaw with not problem. It doesn't take much time at all for them to thaw. At night, my husband will slip the pie out of the aluminum foil pan onto a dish and heat it so it's warm with his ice cream on top.

I think these little pies are delicious! I often don't want a whole pie in the house (because I'll eat it all myself!), so I find these to be a perfect size to keep on hand. I microwave them for 30 seconds to warm them up, %26 add vanilla ice cream on top when I have that too!
