If Zero Stars was possible...

I bought two of this same item, from two different third party merchants at Walmart.com within 45 days, both sellers took my payment, and failed to ship the item offered, gave me a ridiculous amount of run around, wasted my time and walmart customer service did nothing to help. Run away as fast as you can folks. Buy from Amazon.com, at least they vet their third party resellers to be sure they at least are reputable and intend to ship/provide the product advertised for which they collect payment/take orders for on their platform, which is more than I can say for WM

“VYOMA” not providing product ordered!!!!

I ordered these flat-irons two different times. The first order stated it was delivered, which I was out of town during that time. Let me say that this was delivered earlier than the original delivery date that I received when I ordered these items. Normally, an early delivery isn't an issue, but it was delivered several days early. So the item ended up arriving 3 days prior to my return. When I returned home, the item was no where to be found. I contacted Walmart, and they refunded my money. They then advised that I could then just reorder the item from the third party vendor, VYOMA. I went back on Walmart.com and reordered two Brazilian Blowout Model Prodigital Titanium Flat Iron, Grey, 1.25 Ounce at $43.59 each. These two items were coming from “VYOMA”, a Walmart third party vendor. When the items arrived several days later, I actually received two bottles of Brazilian Blowout Conditioner and not the two flat irons. After contacting Walmart about this, I was informed that the vendor would respond within 48hrs. To make a long story short, the vendor advised that there was an “IT Glitch”, and they could provide me with a refund. I advised Walmart that I expected to receive the item I ordered and not a refund. The vendor advertised this item as a clearance item at a largely reduced price. They had listed at least 4 times the quantity I ordered in stock. “VYOMA” is saying they don't have this item in stock, after they advised Walmart that they would provide the items originally ordered. “VYOMA” is offering a refund now. My personal belief is that the company incorrectly listed the original price of the items, and now don't want to absorb a loss of profit. So now they say they don't have it. Walmart needs to remove this company from their list of suppliers. Buyers beware of this vendor! Also, if I click on product details from my order summary, I get the item showing at $107 each, but the supplier is now “BeautyPro”. Seems a bit suspicious to me. I have advised Walmart again that I expect to receive the items I originally ordered.
