Loctite Shoe Glue, Pack of 1, Clear 0.6 fl oz Tube

I trust the brand so I went ahead and purchased this shoe glue for emergency shoe repair. I needed to apply rubber soles to my wooden stacked, hard-soled heels to muffle the clack so I wouldn't sound like a clydesdale galloping down the marble-tiled aisle in church. No matter how lightly I stepped, the clacking sound echoed obnoxiously off of hard surfaces. I had to do something STAT! I didn't want the "stick-on" soles because anything that says "stick-on", never does. So, I purchased a sheet of thick rubber sole and this loctite shoe glue, cut a perfect size of rubber for the heel and glued it as instructed. Then, I secured it it with masking tape and let it sit overnight. What I liked most about this product is that once the repair was made, it was forgotten. My shoes sound better and feel better, but the quality of the bond is worth every penny. This glue is durable, flexible, weather-proof, and easy to clean up while wet. If left to dry, however, it's a bit more difficult to neatly remove—that's a good thing, though. I want permanence. But the best part about this product is I don't sound like a horse in church, anymore.
