Considering what this is and what its for, it doesnt taste bad at all! I wish they would make a variety of flavors like all the other protein shakes do, but considering these are specifically for people with renal failure, like me, I guess I cant complain.

This is a much-needed addition to the Nutritional food marketplace. The company offers specialty kinds, such as Renal support, which is what I purchase. The thoughtful ingredients seem to be nutritious and the vanilla is acceptably palatable. I mix vanilla with Wild and regular frozen blueberries and that's yummy.
