At first look, you may think it's regular size, but just like a down or memory form product, it needs a little fluff. Fluff with your fingers before use and you see it is actually bigger than reguler size cotton ball. One cotton ball cleans the face with ease. I tjist fluff, sprinkle some toner on it, clean one side of my face, flip the cotton ball to the other side, add a little more toner if needed and clean the other side of my face.
