The only thing that works

I use waterproof mascara because my eyes water. It is a giant pain to remove the end of the day. This remover is the only thing that works for me. I have tried store brands other drugstore makeup brands micelar water, etc. It is light and non-greasy. I just wish it had a flip top lid with a small hole in it so I could squirt it onto a cotton pad.

Great for sensitive skin!

I have tried premium brands and always return to Neutrogena eye makeup remover. The oil-free product feels clean and it works so well - even with waterproof mascara. Just shake it to mix the ingredients for the perfect concentration. It has no scent, which is great for us sensitive skin girlies. 10/10
