I don't like water, my doctors have been on my case for years to drink water. I've tried them all and I just can't drink them. I was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney failure in 2020 and still couldn't force myself to drink water. Last summer my cousin told me about this water and I decided to try it. I really like this stuff! I've been drinking it daily for almost a year now and I can definitely see and feel the difference in my body, my skin, my scalp, and most importantly I don't feel weak or faint from lack of hydration. This is one of my favorites (notice that? "one of") and I have to say that I wish this one had a stronger watermelon taste, but I'm not the best judge for that right now because I have nasal polyps that need to be surgically removed. I can't breathe out of my nose, so I have to do so through my mouth, and I know that both of those things together affect both taste and smell. What I CAN taste is good, though, as I've bought this flavor several times now. It has no aftertaste, and that is something that I still can do, proven by a tiny prescription pill that sometimes gets stuck either on my tongue or just before my esophagus. It is uncoated and bitter, and I can most definitely taste that. I would notice any aftertaste, and I've not had that with any of the flavors I've tried. These are not carbonated at all. You'd have to get a flavored seltzer water for that. I'd say give this a try, though, because these do have more flavor than H**t, if you've ever tried it. I prefer these over that brand.
