I absolutely recommend this product to other women. Of all the feminine oral probiotics choices available , the benefits from Azo are the most significant. Fortunately, I have not had very many yeast or otherwise similar infections in my life (maybe three times total), but, approximately 5 years ago, I began to notice that I would feel and smell … off. I believe perimenopause was rearing its ugly head and perhaps some kind if hormonal imbalance was causing this occurrence ? I wasn't exactly sure what the reasons were, but… .I did some research and found out about feminine probiotics and decided to give it a go. The first one I tried was Azo and I definitely could tell within a week. After two weeks, things were not only improving from before perimenopause, but, quite frankly, I will go so far as to say I felt fresher than I ever remembered. I did try 3 other brands- one very close to the same price, one more expensive, one was less so, and none of those brands worked as well for me as Azo. I can't go without taking this prebiotic. When I do, I get dryness, irritation and everything is not pleasant. This keeps me healthy and balanced. No more infections and irritation. I had run out while on vacation and went two days without taking them and within 3 days I was miserable.
