RMS Beauty ReEvolve Radiance Locking Primer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] ReEvolve Radiance Locking Primer is SOOO GOOD!! Ok so I never used to be one who believed a primer was necessary i uses to just use my moisturizer and then put my makeup on and go till I saw the founder of RMS do her video of this primer explaining why it was so necessary an then I was like okkk ill try it. So I ordered it. The first try I instantly saw a difference in my skin just applying the primer to my face. Then applying the foundation with it, it instantly applied better I didnt need as much product. It also laid smoother. Then it stayed in place so much better throughout the day! No shifting i was shocked. Now I cant live without it and even got my sister using it and loving it too!
