This is the only sugar substitute we use. I use it for baking, coffee, really everything! If a recipe called for 1 cup of sugar you use half a cup of Pyure sugar. I use to put 3-4 teaspoons of sugar in my coffee. Now I use 1-1/2. I even take this with me when I travel. It dissolves in cold liquids quickly and doesn't leave a residue at the bottom of your cup. A little goes a long way with taste. Because you use less sugar this little bag lasts me longer than a small bag of regular sugar use to.
