I get the same readings as my physical therapist and doctors. The display is easy to read and brightness is adjustable so I can read inside or out. There are only 4 direction display modes and you must press the power button to switch between them. This is not a problem for me but some have 6 modes and auto gyroscope controlled display...not necessarily at this price. The case is excellent.
