As someone with a sensitive stomach, I am a big fan of Enzymedica and BeanAssist in particular. I find it helpful when consuming cruciferous vegetables like broccoli or cabbage - it reduces the gas and bloating. It is a relief to find an alpha-galactosidase supplement that is free of sugar alcohols that can be irritating to the stomach. A gem of a product.
