I decided this year to buy this knife for everyone on my Christmas list,,I've had mine for over ten years, and it out,cuts, out,slices, out,performs even my Wusthof and Henckels! Still sharp, still cuts like it did when I first bought it. Nothing like these Dexter Russell knives, and they're made in the US.
