I love the Atkins latte protein shakes especially the caramel and the mocha! They are filling and they also give you a little kick because they have caffeine. I have discovered that it tastes best when you shake them and keep on shaking them until you don't hear the liquid shake anymore that means everything is incorporated and trust me it will taste better than if you just give it a couple shakes!
