[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The plastic end clips are very fragile. If one should break the drip tray naturally begins to rise a little on the broken side causing problems with the unit engaging into the seal mode. Until you get a replacement you should open the unit between bags and push it back down. Tech support was awesome in helping me find the right part as mine is a much older unit, but still works like a charm!
