My ultimate fave knife for retail produce work
Most companies that sell produce knives only carry ones with a 6" blade which are a little big for my hand, hard to use for things like trimming butts off of cabbage at the store. These 5" ones from Dexter Russel are my all-time favorites and so happy I could find it here. PLUS it arrived super fast!
