Keeps best refrigerated or frozen. Hot Cereal: Add 1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill Muesli to 1 cup water or milk and bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. You can also microwave in a large bowl on high for 3 to 5 minutes stirring once during cooking. Makes 2 servings. Cold Cereal: Soak 1/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Muesli in 1/2 cup yogurt, milk or fruit juice for 5 to 10 minutes (or overnight like the Swiss do) and enjoy! Makes 1 serving.

I ♥️ this muesli! I eat it as is/no cooking with a generous amount of milk, about 1:4 muesli to milk. It's not very sweet but one could add small pieces of dried or fresh fruit to it. It has good protein and fiber. I think it's important to eat some raw fooods every day.
