My family is crazy about these little ears of corn …cooked in the AIR FRIER. Sprayed with butter and sprinkled with Parmigiana Cheese, sprinkled with garlic butter spice or Mexican Street corn spice mixes. We’re still playing with spice combos. But we agree that less is more in most cases. Cook at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes . They should have browned edges for a good roasted flavor. Can be cooked fresh or frozen, just adjust the time a little. ENJOY

Perfect size for seafood boils or cob sides. I love making Garlic Parmesan cobs. I put cajun seasoning and basil in a pot, line all cobs standing up right in the pot, then add the water and boil for 10 mins. I take them cobs out to cool on a tray, while they cool, preheat oven to 425 and fill a mug with Garlic parmesan wing sauce. The mug makes it easier to evenly coat the corn. When cobs are pretty cool to touch dip them into the sauce and lay them on your pan, sprinkle a little parsley and grated parm cheese on top. Bake for 20 mins., broil for the last 5 mins.
