it tastes really good.not creamy at all. more like vanilla ice unless you melt it. That's the way my husband loves it. my ice cream is $2.98 good value. Husband is diabetic, he loves it. I want him to be happy. I hate paying almost $5 for his. When roll back, I buy at least 4.

Those of you who are confused about the texture of why it's melted, naturally it's supposed to look somewhat melted. it's a soft ice cream. For me it's smart to do because it's easier getting out of the container. If senior citizens, or anyone who has arthritis in their hands are eating this it's easier for them especially. usually you would have to fight with the ice cream and it's too much on the hands and more then likely to get wasted not wanting to deal with the hassle. it literally takes 3 seconds to fill a bowl. I liked how it's low in sugar and still has a great taste.

I've been told to stop eating sugar as I'm on the verge of diabetes so I tried this ice cream w no sugar added after it being recommended to me and I must say it is surprisingly very delicious.
