buy one! but tell them to ship it correctly!

love this pan! I was kind of concerned because when I was shipped this pan it literally was not packaged correctly and was coming out of the box on both ends. so one end had a hole in it for the long handle and the other end had a hole for the helper handle. I was not sure if there was any damage to it because it's an iron skillet and you can't tell those things by looking at it and it seems durable. but so far so good. I love it! it's a great iron skillet

This is a well made griddle that I bought to use on my induction stove although the first time I used it was in the oven. I followed the directions and put a light coating of oil on it before baking a variety of seafood at a high temperature. It cleaned up beautifully. Can't wait to try pancakes on the stove! I love the environmentally friendly coating Green Pan puts on their cookware which is also healthier for us humans.
